At HANRO, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase is not quite right, you may return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original packaging with all luxury tags intact to ensure a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original HANRO packaging and include the completed return form inside the box.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
